Let's face it: Life is rough. The traffic you face every day, that co-worker that takes credit for everything you do, the way your spouse never remembers to re-cap the toothpaste in the morning. After a while it can all get a little, well, maddening.
Some cities are better than others when it comes to controlling their fiery impulses, however. Curious about which ones? The digital media website Thrillist.com was too. So they analyzed some characteristics of the hot-headed and developed a list of the 11 angriest cities in America.
The top spot went to Philadelphia. There isn't much love in the city of brotherly love, apparently. Philly was ranked the nation’s angriest city, thanks to a culture largely defined by competitive sports and unabashed machismo. Another mega sports fan, Cleveland, came in at #2, with Boston, D.C. and Detroit rounding out the top 5. Our very own San Francisco also made the list at #8 because duh. Traffic.
