Here Are the Local Cannabis Measures Appearing on the Nov. 6 Ballot

There are dozens of local measures on cannabis to be decided by voters in California next month. Most of them would establish a new tax basis for marijuana businesses.

In San Francisco, voters will be asked to add an additional tax to recreational marijuana businesses operating in the city. In Vista, voters will have a chance to allow up to three medical marijuana delivery services along with two testing facilities.
