A 34-year-old transportation planner with the Los Angeles Metropolitan Authority was killed earlier this month by a vehicle while crossing Lincoln Blvd. and Ocean Park Blvd. in Santa Monica. Daniel Chuong was with his brother at the time. The two were training for a marathon.
The obituary for Truong says he died “doing one of the things he loved.” A memorial service will be held Feb. 22 at Rose Hills Memorial Park, Sky Rose Chapel in Whittier.
