A single SoCal city has been ranked among the top 10 cities for people with disabilities by WalletHub.
The personal finance website analyzed 182 U.S. cities, including the 150 most populous and at least two of the most populated cities in each state. The cities were compared across three key dimensions: 1) Economy 2) Quality of Life and 3) Health Care.
The most livable cities in America for people with disabilities are as follows:
Minneapolis, MN
St. Louis, MO
Scottsdale, AZ
Columbus, OH
St. Paul, MN
Chandler, AZ
Peoria, AZ
Pittsburgh, PA
Gilbert, AZ
Huntington Beach, CA
Juneau, AK was ranked worst in the nation, followed by South Burlington, VT and Gulfport, MS.
These are California’s five most livable cities for people with disabilities, according to WalletHub (national rankings in parenthesis):

Here are some additional highlights from the study:
Irvine, CA has the lowest share of people with disabilities in the U.S., followed by Fremont, CA and Irving, TX (tied).
Fremont, CA has the highest median annual earnings for people with disabilities.
Glendale, CA has the second-lowest employment rate for people with disabilities.
Fontana, San Bernardino, and Riverside are tied for lowest cost of a doctor’s visit nationally.
