California Consulting is thrilled to celebrate the incredible success of our client, the County of Kern! Since beginning our partnership in September 2021, Kern County has secured nearly $9.8 million in grant funding that is making a real difference in local communities. Kern has received a large return on investment of 29,927%. These  achievements highlight the county’s commitment to investing in residents’ quality of life and creating lasting positive change.

Transformative Grant Awards

A Lasting Impact

These awards have empowered Kern County to expand and enhance local parks, making  them cleaner, safer, and more welcoming for families and neighbors to enjoy. The projects  supported through these grants will leave a lasting legacy by improving recreation spaces, strengthening community pride, and creating healthier environments for generations to come.

"These grants are transforming our parks and strengthening community pride. Partnering with California Consulting has helped us maximize funding and turn these projects into tangible benefits for our residents."

– Jason Wiebe, Chief Strategic Initiatives Officer, Kern County

Sam D’Ambrosio, California Consulting Grant Specialist, shared:

“It has been an absolute honor to work with Kern County on these projects. Seeing more  than $9.7 million awarded to improve parks and community spaces is inspiring. This funding will have a lasting impact on families across the county, and I’m so proud to be part  of this success.”

At California Consulting, we are proud to stand alongside the County of Kern in achieving  these outstanding milestones. With such a strong track record already, we can’t wait to  see what’s next as our partnership continues to bring even more opportunities and  resources to Kern County!
