California Consulting, Inc. is proud to spotlight the City of Vallejo—a dynamic and forward thinking client that has leveraged strategic grant writing to bring transformative funding to  their community. Since partnering with us just under four years ago, the City of Vallejo has  secured an impressive $30,988,478 in competitive grant funding, resulting in an  extraordinary 17,508% return on investment. 

This powerful funding total reflects the City's commitment to improving infrastructure,  public health, sustainability, and quality of life for its residents.

• HCD – Homekey: $12,100,000 

• Building Forward Library Infrastructure Program: $4,300,000 

• CPUC – Federal Funding Account (Last Mile): $3,859,088

• HCD – Infill Infrastructure Grant (IIG): $2,500,000 

• MTC – Bay Area 2050 Priority Development Area Grant: $2,400,000 • USDA – Urban and Community Forestry Grant: $1,734,070 

• Board of State and Community Corrections – Prop 64 Public Health and Safety  Program: $1,400,000 

• HHAP – Homeless Housing, Assistance & Prevention: $1,082,582 • National Park Service – Save America’s Treasures: $750,000 

• Caltrans – Clean California Local Grant Program (Cycle 2): $352,000 • Caltrans – Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP): $243,250 • MTC – Local Parking Management Program: $150,000 

• HUD – Family Self Sufficiency Program: $117,488
