California Consulting INC has reached a remarkable milestone—two decades of  dedicated grant writing services. As we reflect on our journey, let’s dive into how we transformed the landscape of grant acquisition for school districts, cities, counties, and  special districts

Since our founding in 2004, Cal Consulting has emerged as the largest grant writing  company in the state of California. With approximately 51 team members, we’ve earned  a reputation for hard work and delivering results. Our experienced grant writers have  penned over fifteen hundred competitive federal, state, and private foundation grant  applications, resulting in more than $1.5 billion awarded to clients.

What sets us apart? Our full-service approach covers every aspect of the grant process:

1. Grant Research and Identification: Cal Consulting meticulously identifies funding  opportunities tailored to each client’s needs.

2. Grant Writing: Our skilled writers craft compelling applications that resonate with  funders.

3. Grant Administration and Reporting: CC ensures compliance and efficient  management post-award.

4. Program Evaluation: We assess impact and refine strategies for sustained  success.

We collaborate with cities, school districts, community colleges, and special districts across California catering to the specific needs of each client. Our success stories  include:

• Prop 68 Statewide Park Development and Community Revitalization Program(SPP) - $59 Million

• USDOJ COPS Hiring- $10,260,000

• CDE Learning Communities for School Success Program- $9,600,000 • CDE Golden State Pathways Program- $17,732,000

Our legacy isn’t just about numbers—it’s about impact, growth, and community  empowerment. Cal Consulting Director of Communications, Shasta Bell, stated, “ We are thrilled that Cal Consulting has reached the 20 years of service milestone, this  milestone only speaks to the impeccable grant writers who diligently work side by side  with our clients. Tailor fitting each grant to their needs. We are looking forward to  another two decades of service.”

Here’s to their unwavering commitment and the bright future ahead! Cheers to the Next 20 Years!
