The City of Berkeley has secured $6.5 million in grants through its partnership with California Consulting. This milestone comes as a result of securing major grant awards that will benefit the community.
Working closely with the City of Berkeley’s administration, California Consulting successfully secured:
FEMA - San Francisco Bay Water Quality Improvement Fund. The City was awarded $1,500,000 through the FEMA San Francisco Bay Water Quality Improvement Fund. These funds will support projects aimed at improving water quality in the San Francisco Bay.
Prop 68 - Statewide Park Development and Community Revitalization Program. Berkeley also received a substantial $5,000,000 grant through the Prop 68 Statewide Park Development and Community Revitalization Program. This funding will be used to develop parks and revitalize existing recreational areas. By working side by side with the City of Berkeley administration, the team was able to identify, apply for, and secure these essential grants, ensuring that Berkeley continues to thrive as a forward-thinking, sustainable, and vibrant city.
“We are very grateful for the expertise and collaboration we had with California Consulting, as our work together has helped secure $6.5 million in grants to better support our community.”
California Consulting is proud to support the City of Berkeley in its mission to enhance environmental quality and provide exceptional recreational opportunities for its residents.
