Joseph R. Biden was sworn in as the 46th President of the United States on Wednesday. He hit the ground running, with 17 executive orders targeting everything from immigration and student loans to the Paris Climate Accord.
Biden comes to office with an expansive agenda that could impact municipalities. City Monitor has been keeping tabs on all the proposals put forth by the new president and offers this guide for city leaders on the Biden agenda.
