The CityNews publisher has been a mainstay on the list for the last five years now.
The list ranks Sacramento’s unelected political figures and slots our own Mike Madrid in at #94 this year. Capitol Weekly praises Madrid’s knowledge of local and state government and how and where the two come together in the evolving California political landscape. However, then list fails to mention what a stellar guy Mike Madrid is on a day-to-day basis.
