Costa Mesa Fires the City’s First Woman City Manager

With a 4-2-1 vote the Cost Mesa City Council fired City Manager Lori Ann Farrell Harrison. Councilmembers Arlis Reynolds and Andrea Marr were the two who voted against.

Harrison was named city manger in 2019, becoming Costa Mesa’s first woman city manager. No explanation was given for the abrupt firing.
