Home to the largest number of dance clubs per capita, San Francisco has just been named the most fun city in California and one of the top 10 funnest cities in the U.S.

The list was published by WalletHub, which analyzed 182 U.S. cities, including the 150 most populous, plus at least two of the most populated cities in each state. They were compared across three key dimensions: 1) Entertainment & Recreation 2) Nightlife and Parties and 3) Costs.

Nationally, the five most fun cities are:
