The Hemet City Council has appointed Connie Clark to fill a vacancy left by the resignation of District 1 Councilmember Carole Kendrick.
Kendrick was appointed to the dais in 2023 and was elected in November 2024 to a full four-year term set to expire in 2028. She announced her resignation in April because she is relocating to Northern California.
Clark has served on the Planning Commission since November 2023. She will now serve on the City Council for the remaining term until 2028 with the next regularly scheduled city election for District 1.
Congratulations to Councilmember Clark.
