The 2014 Elections demonstrated a historically low rate of turnout of any statewide election in California. Narrowly surpassing a 25% turnout, experts were left to consider the factors leading to a 20 year downward trend in voter turnout.
The Leadership California Institute is hosting a forum, featuring key opinion leaders and experts from across the state, designed to understand the root causes and address potential solutions for this crucial issue.
