Lindsay, California has appointed an acting city manager while an investigation into City Manager Joseph Tanner plays out, the Sun Gazette reports.
Tanner was placed on administrative leave last month after a special city council meeting.
Lindsay’s recreation director, Armando da Silva, will assume Tanner’s duties for the time being. He has worked for the city since April. He also serves on the Tulare County Parks Advisory Committee.
