Central Valley city officials and staff to attend a free event February 4 exploring how open civic data helps local governments be more efficient, effective and responsive. Leaders in the field will share best practices and case studies from around the nation, with a focus on policy, process and implementation. Breakout sessions will cater to both technical and non-technical participants.Confirmed speakers include:
- Kish Rajan, Director of the Governor's Office of Economic Development
- Robert Tse, Director of CA Rural Development, USDA
- Peter Koht, Founder, Open Counter.
- Andy Krakov, California HealthCare Foundation
