The City of Sacramento has launched a free childcare program for essential city employees, first responders, and healthcare workers on the frontlines of the COVID-19 crisis.
There are 350 slots available for children ages 5-12 at eight community centers across the city. Care is available from 7 AM to 7 PM. The program is administered by Sacramento’s Youth, Parks & Community Enrichment Department.
