An entire city block in Santa Clara was engulfed by fire retardant foam over the weekend after an alarm malfunction at the San Jose International Airport caused a massive spill. The foam—which is used to fight fires—poured through streets and buildings, reaching heights of ten feet and resembling just about the biggest bubble bath you’ve ever seen.
