These Councilmembers Dancing to “Despacito” is Just the Break From Politics We Needed

Hurricanes, wildfires, shootings, American servicemen killed in action. There’s no shortage of horrible news these days and, sooner or later, it’s time for all of us to take a breather.

Enter the San Antonio, Texas City Council and its new totally awesome music video spoof of Luis Fonsi's Despacito. It’s the break from tragedy and politics you never knew you needed.

The parody was also done for a good cause. A local journalist and videographer made the video to raise money for the Society of Professional Journalists.
