Two CA Cities Among Best Places to Start a Business in the U.S.

San Francisco and Los Angeles are among the best cities in the nation to start a business, according to CoworkingMag.

The researchers examined 108 U.S. cities across several key metrics. The four main categories were support system, funding availability, operational setup cost, and availability of talent. 

The top 10 cities were:

1. San Francisco, CA

2. New York, NY

3. Los Angeles, CA

4. Seattle, WA

5. Chicago, IL

6. Atlanta, GA

7. Austin, TX

8. Miami, FL

9. Denver, CO

10. Boston, MA

San Francisco had the highest number of startups created in 2023. Los Angeles had the third.
