This provides a valuable opportunity to hone your presentation skills and find creative ways to engage with your audience, ultimately leading to more successful projects and solutions. Successful candidates will be eager to learn and apply engineering standards and regulations and make thoughtful recommendations on civil engineering projects. Other desirable skills include attentiveness to detail, creative problem-solving, and consensus-building. In addition, an ability to develop accurate reports, persuasive presentations, and clear written correspondence will position selected candidates to excel.
