Assistant Engineer/Associate Engineer:
The Town of Moraga currently has one opening available for either: Assistant Engineer or Associate Civil Engineer in the Public Works Department.
Assistant Engineer: Regular Full-Time - FSLA Status – Non-Exempt - Salary: $7,968 - $9,685/mo.

The position offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse array of assignments, including Town capital projects, plan checks for subdivision and private developments, transportation planning and traffic engineering, and construction and maintenance of public infrastructure. Associate Civil Engineer: Regular Full-Time - FSLA Status -Exempt - Salary: $8,763 - $10,652/mo.
The position will focus mainly on land development projects but offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse array of other assignments, including Town capital projects, transportation planning and traffic engineering, and construction and maintenance of public infrastructure. The ideal candidate would also have extensive work experience and knowledge in asset management of storm drain systems using GIS. The Associate Civil Engineer will provide essential input to the small but dedicated staff team in a community-focused organization that values initiative, energy, and a willingness to work across disciplines and departments to ensure quality service and development that respects and enhances Moraga’s unique community, conditions, and character.
