The City of Poway Development Services Department is searching for a skilled individual to join their team as an Assistant or Associate Planner.
The Assistant and Associate Planner positions are responsible for the review of development and land use applications, zoning, geographical maps, site plans, and environmental documents. They provide professional advice and assistance to the public, perform a variety of studies, prepare and present staff reports, and ensure compliance with the Poway Municipal Code and local environmental guidelines.
