Auditor's Payroll Technician - Confidential

Salary Information: $4,400 - $5,351 /Mo. + $0.90/hourly premium on top of the hourly rate

The Payroll Division of the Auditor-Controller-Treasurer-Tax Collector's Office (ACTTC), provides payroll support to all 27 County departments and 5 special districts. As a Technician, you will interact with each department's payroll and/or accounting staff in order to accurately and effectively process payroll and payroll related activities.

Ideal candidates will possess experience:

Auditing incoming payroll data to assure accuracy

• Communicating professionally, both written and verbally
• Performing research, data compilation, and analysis in order to take corrective action as needed
• Exercising considerable discretion and judgment in resolving payroll issues
• Assisting in the implementation of program changes, updates, and modifications
