The City of Sunnyvale is searching for a Budget Manager in the Department of Finance. The Budget Manager is a division-level manager responsible for developing, administering, and overseeing the City's sophisticated Operating and Capital Budgets and Twenty-Year Financial Plans. This position participates in the development of the City's financial systems, conducts and presents complex financial information and analysis to executive management and others to assist in policy decision making. This classification receives administrative direction from the Director of Finance or Assistant Director of Finance and exercises direct supervision over management, professional, technical and clerical staff in the Budget Division.
