This tech savvy and emotionally intelligent person will work closely with the public to distill information, educate the community, and lead the City permitting process. The CBO will be a passionate, creative, and process-driven individual who enjoys leading new technology initiatives and crafting smart processes. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and a substantial background in building codes and permit administration. The next CBO will lead an upbeat staff of nine and oversee a budget of approximately $1.5 million.
