ANNUAL SALARY: $172,224 – 230,838

IDEAL CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate is a defender with extensive experience in the litigation and trial of criminal cases at all levels, including high-profile trials. This candidate is qualified by skill and experience to defend capital cases.
In addition to being a fierce courtroom advocate, this attorney should also be committed to restorative justice, holistic defense, and vertical representation.
This candidate is a believer in partnering with clients and their communities to provide authentic, effective, client-centered representation. This attorney seeks out opportunities to teach, train, and mentor defenders at all levels.
Experience in supervision, management, and government administration, including personnel practices are highly desired.
QUALIFICATIONS: Five years of experience in the practice of the law, including two years of administrative work or criminal prosecution and membership in the California State Bar.
