About This Role
The City Attorney will lead the City Attorney’s Office, provide legal counsel to City staff and officials, advocate for the City’s interests, and serve as a persuasive legal representative in legal proceedings. The City Attorney will ensure that their office is maintaining an in-house legal library, enhance their team’s abilities through training and career development opportunities, and reduce reliance on outside legal services. Much of this role involves providing a high level of customer service to internal clients and thinking proactively about various legal matters.
