The County of Santa Barbara Social Services is accepting applications to fill one full-time Compliance Manager vacancy in Santa Maria.
The Department is seeking a compliance professional who has organizational leadership skills, strategic business thinking, technically savvy business strengths, and experience working with programs regulated by State or federal regulations.
This position oversees the work of professional staff located in Santa Maria and Santa Barbara, who provide Quality Assurance & Program Integrity, State Appeals, Collections support services to the Department. In addition, the Compliance division serves as the Department liaison for the District Attorney Special Investigation Unit (Welfare Fraud).

Compensation: $106,808.37-$131,457.25 Annually
