The City’s vision embraces fiscal health, the highest quality community services and organizations; a well-planned community; a strong community identity and sense of place; outstanding recreational opportunities; a healthy, safe and secure community; an information rich environment; an active, educated and involved citizenry; a learning organization, a learning community; and a high quality of life.   Definition:  To perform a wide range of professional legal services related to municipal government operations in a variety of civil and criminal matters; to conduct legal research and prepare opinions, memoranda, contracts, ordinances and other legal documents; to advise City departments, boards and commissions; and to represent the City in a variety of litigation matters.   Minimum Qualifications: (In addition to the qualifications of Deputy City Attorney I) For more information on our job specifications, visit http://www.roseville.ca.us/hr/job_specifications.asp   Experience:  Two years of professional experience performing duties similar to that of a Deputy City Attorney I with the City of Roseville.   Training:  Equivalent to a Juris Doctorate from an American Bar Association accredited law school.   License or Certificate: Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid California driver’s license. Active membership, in good standing, in the State Bar of California.   Supplemental Questionnaire
