Annual Salary: $133,064 - $177,914 (with excellent benefits)

Under general supervision, the Deputy City Attorney performs various professional legal services and provides assistance and advice to all City departments, City Council, commissions, and other boards; reviews, drafts and negotiates contracts, ordinances, and other documents; reviews Public Records Requests, subpoenas, litigation cases, files motions, prepares and presents pleadings and discoveries before Federal and State courts and various governmental agencies; represents the City in municipal law matters; provides professional assistance to the City Attorney and Assistant City Attorney in areas of expertise.
