Deputy County Counsel III-IV

Merced County Counsel is seeking a highly motivated, career-oriented attorneys, with excellent research and writing skills, to fill a Deputy County Counsel position in the litigation assignment. They maybe be asked to prepare formal legal opinions, prepare pleadings, serve as counsel to handle civil trials, civil writ matters, and other litigation, and participate in mediation, negotiations, and administrative hearings.

Qualifications: 5 years civil litigation experience.

Salary: $94,182.40 - $134,617.56
