MONTHLY SALARY RANGE: $8,659.96 - $11,117.44
The Economic Development Department is seeking to fill the Deputy Housing Director position. The Deputy Housing Director has responsibility for overall administrative direction for managing the Housing Division that includes rental assistance, affordable housing production, homelessness initiatives, first-time homebuyer support, and rehabilitation and revitalization programs. The Economic Development Department oversees economic development activities, housing and homelessness, and venues and parking.
Education/Experience:
Possession of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four (4) year college or university with major coursework in public or business administration, urban planning, or a related field, and three (3) years of lead or supervisory experience which has included responsibility for redevelopment, housing development programs, field of financing and developing of low/moderate income housing using Federal, State, and local funding sources.
