The Development Senior Analyst will assist with managing financial and administrative activities related to the City’s special financing districts, the work involving review and implementation of public facility financing plans, special purpose districts, and development impact fees; and assist with coordination of assigned activities with other divisions, departments, outside agencies, the development industry, and the general public.
Incumbents will assist with the development, implementation, and implementation of financial and administrative activities and policies in the areas of public facilities financing plans, special purpose districts, and development impact fees; operates with minimal supervision; and assists in developing, prioritizing, and implementing department goals.
