The County of Sacramento is seeking a dynamic individual with a broad background in human resources as well as extensive, in-depth management experience directing personnel programs and activities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive, in-depth management experience in the provision of all aspects of personnel services including but not limited to selection, classification, compensation, employee relations, employee benefits, risk management, equal employment opportunity, disability compliance, workers compensation regulatory compliance, payroll administration, and labor relations.
