Economic Development Manager

The City of Jurupa Valley is seeking candidates who are experienced in economic development and have an excellent track record regarding business development. Any combination of training and experience which would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required qualifications would be the equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in economic development, planning, community development, or other related field; four (4) years of public economic development planning, community development, redevelopment, real estate or public administration involving related program development experience, including two (2) years at a supervisory level. The salary range for the Economic Development Manager position is: $101,016-$122,786; placement within this range is dependent upon qualifications.
