The City of Milpitas seeks an energetic and experienced Human Resources Manager (Employee Relations Officer) to drive successful operations of the City’s Human Resources Department. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing several staff and will assist with critical functions of Human Resources, including: Benefits Administration, Workers’ Compensation, Classification & Compensation, Training and Records Management, Employee and Labor Relations, and special project implementation. The successful candidate will be influential, a strong generalist, and have the ability to automate technology solutions, and lead a developing team.
