The San Joaquin County Public Works Department is seeking dynamic and experienced individuals to join a progressive, public service employer.
The Water Resources Division has an opening for an Engineer V to fill a senior level engineering role, and work directly with the Water Resources Manager on current and future flood control and water supply efforts.
Other vacancies exist in the Water Resources as well as the Community Infrastructure Engineering Divisions, which will be filled at either the Engineer II, Engineer III or Engineer IV level depending on qualifications.
While the Engineer II and Engineer III are unlicensed, and the Engineer IV is licensed, all levels perform professional field and office engineering work in the planning, engineering and management of Division projects and programs, while providing professional engineering judgment on projects and studies, and may supervise engineering staff.
