Summary Description

Under administrative direction, directs, manages, supervises, and coordinates the activities and operations of the Engineering Division within the Public Works Department including FEMA Flood Zone administration, stormwater permit compliance, permits for work within the public right-of-way, private development project review, permit inspections, maintenance engineering support, and a variety of other engineering related services and activities; coordinates assigned activities with other divisions, departments, and outside agencies; may serve as the designated City Engineer; and provides highly responsible and complex administrative support to the Public Works Director/City Engineer.
