The Amador Water Agency (AWA) is seeking an experienced and adaptable Engineering Supervisor to lead a small, highly collaborative engineering team and play a pivotal role in advancing the Agency’s long-term infrastructure goals. Reporting to the Operations & Engineering Manager, this position will oversee three engineering staff and guide the planning, design, and construction of critical water and wastewater projects. The ideal candidate is a licensed professional engineer with strong expertise in water and wastewater infrastructure, project management, and development review, coupled with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
