Palo Alto seeks a professional with knowledge of DEIB and successful experience leading organizational change in this area. Successful candidates will have the ability to inspire collaboration and action through effective interpersonal and communication skills. This approachable manager will understand the importance of building strong relationships to achieve ambitious goals aimed at eliminating systemic bias and enhancing racial and social justice. A typical way to show readiness for this position would include three years of professional experience in promoting equity and inclusion initiatives and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
