Salary: $227,000 to $241,520

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an independent department director, reporting to a board of seven volunteer Commissioners.
- Oversee a talented team including three attorneys, one auditor, and a program manager for training and administration.
- Ensure the Commission’s continued success and integrity in governmental ethics.
- Maintain a hybrid work schedule with 2-3 days per week in the downtown San Diego office and the remainder working remotely.
