The City of Needles is seeking a collaborative, experienced professional to serve as its next Finance Director. This executive-level position oversees the City’s finance operations—including budgeting, accounting, long-term forecasting, utility billing and risk management—and plays a key role in guiding Needles through a period of exciting growth and development.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on and strategic finance leader with a strong background in public sector accounting and fiscal planning. They will bring a deep understanding of municipal finance, regulatory compliance and process improvement, along with the ability to work closely with City Council, department heads and staff to support long-term sustainability and transparency.
