Finance Manager

The City of Morro Bay is seeking an adaptable, experienced, and financially astute individual to serve as our next Finance Manager. Under the supervision of the Assistant City Manager/ Administrative Services Director, the Finance Manager will plan, organize, and monitor programs and activities related to the City’s finances, including budget preparation and oversight. They will play a major role in the success of the department and use precision and detail to audit internal controls, prepare financial reports, and perform other duties as needed. The right candidate will be experienced, analytical, communicative, and will be able to successfully collaborate with office support staff. The annual salary range for this position is between $90,706 and $110,254 dependent upon qualifications.
