Camrosa Water District seeks a Finance Manager to lead its financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, rate studies, investments, payroll, risk management, and bond financing. Reporting to the General Manager, this position oversees two finance staff and plays a key role in funding and prioritizing major water infrastructure projects that enhance local supply reliability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in finance, accounting, business/public administration, or related field (MBA desirable)
  • 7 years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including 3 in supervision
  • Public utility experience and strong record of financial management preferred
