FINANCIAL SERVICES DIVISION MANAGER
Salary Range: $99,252 - $133,020 Annually
Plus An Excellent Benefits Package
The City of Oceanside is accepting applications for the position of Financial Services Manager. There is one anticipated vacancy in the Financial Services Department. This position will report to the Financial Services Director.
The Financial Services Division Manager oversees water utility billing, accounts receivable, cashiering, parking payment and parking meter collection, business license and transient occupancy tax payments. Organizes, manages, and supervises professional and technical staff; and performs other related duties as assigned.
Applicants must possess four years of progressively responsible professional experience in customer service, billing, and collection, preferably in the public sector, including auditing procedures, and supervision AND a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, public administration, or a closely related field.
