The Orange County Employees Retirement System (OCERS) is seeking a General Counsel to oversee the Legal Division of the agency, including seven staff and a budget of $1.2 million. This confident and capable legal expert will be well-versed in retirement systems and public agency legal requirements, enabling them to provide solid counsel to the OCERS staff, leadership team, and governing Board. This is a working leader who will balance their time leading and developing staff while performing complex legal functions that support operational and fiduciary responsibilities of the agency.
