Annual salary range: $124,841 to $167,252 DOQ

NapaSan is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and energetic professional to serve as its Human Resources Director. This is a wonderful opportunity to play a significant role in the leadership of this highly rated district located in beautiful Napa Valley.
The Human Resources Manager manages and coordinates the District’s human resources and personnel programs and ensures strategic alignment between human resources goals and policies and the overall District mission. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment and selection, salary and benefits administration, labor relations, payroll administration, employee development, risk management, workplace culture, employee retention, succession planning, worker’s compensation, and other duties.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Public or Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in human resources is desired, with experience at a lead, supervisory, or managerial level preferred. Any combination of education and experience which would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities is qualifying.
