Human Resources Program Leader

The Human Resources Program Leader is a generalist role, with a lead assignment in Benefits and Leave administration for all aspects of benefits enrollment, benefits administration, wellness efforts and have frequent interaction with employees and third-party administrators and service providers. The ideal candidate has a comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources operations and benefits practices, procedures, laws, and trends as well as strong organizational, communication, and technical skills with the ability to multi-task and complete tasks within tight time constraints are required.
