Revenue Cycle Director
Salary: $143,487.07 - $210,946.67 Annually *plus benefits
Under general direction of the Agency Chief Financial Officer, this single-position classification administers, coordinates, and directs various revenue cycle functions (e.g., PAS registration, admitting, financial assistance/enrollment), charge capture, Health Information Management (HIM) and PFS( patient billing and collections) of the health, hospital, and ambulatory care system.
The ideal candidate will be a leader with experience directing high functioning revenue cycle operations in both an acute care setting and multi-site ambulatory/professional services setting; leading teams in a dynamic and fast paced work environment to achieve specific goals, both operational and strategic; collaborating with a wide variety of departments and agency management; researching, analyzing, and improving operation effectiveness. Expertise with Medicare and Medi-Cal (DHCS) billing requirements and regulations. A master's degree in Business, Public Administration, Health Care Administration or a related field and Revenue Cycle or Patient Accounting certification from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) are highly desired.
